We resolutely do not use recycled waste paper. All our products use high-quality virgin long-fiber wood pulp from North America or Northern Europe. These fibers are longer and purer, and the resulting paper naturally has better softness and toughness. From the source, we ensure that the product is free of fluorescent whitening agents and harmful chemical residues, making it safe and gentle on the skin, even for sensitive skin.

Standard Two: Multi-stage precision purification, water quality determines quality

“Good paper requires good water.” Our production water undergoes a seven-stage reverse osmosis purification system, reaching medical-grade pure water standards. Pure water better disperses the fibers, avoiding impurities, resulting in paper with a more natural color and uniform texture, fundamentally preventing the "grainy" feel of the paper.

Standard Three: Advanced creping and drying processes, shaping a unique feel

The secret to "softness" lies in the creping process. We use imported steel creping blades and precisely controlled drying cylinders. When the paper is semi-dry, tiny creases are formed on the paper surface at a precise angle and pressure. This not only increases the bulk and soft feel of the paper, but also microscopically extends the fiber path, significantly improving the tensile strength and water absorption performance of the paper, achieving a balance between "softness" and "strength."

Standard Four: Precise embossing and slitting, ensuring the final experience

The final embossing process is not just for aesthetics. Our unique three-dimensional embossed pattern further enhances the thickness and cushioning of the paper, and creates air channels between the multiple layers of paper, improving liquid absorption speed.
